Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex claims, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our claims manager to ensure seamless claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex claims from inception to closure, ensuring timely and fair resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with claims manager to develop and implement effective claims strategies
