Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Residential Property Sales Specialist to join our award-winning team at William H Brown. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

About the Role:

As a Residential Property Sales Specialist, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their property needs and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations for properties
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating agreements
  • Progressing lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A full UK driving license
