Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction & Vision: Partner with essential stakeholders to formulate and implement a holistic sales technology strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives.
- Sales Process Enhancement: Persistently refine sales workflows to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales Technology Advancement: Propel the adoption and optimization of CRM and sales technology solutions throughout the organization.
- Generative AI Implementation: Oversee the strategic incorporation of generative AI tools to automate and enhance sales operations.
- Comprehensive Sales Training & Development: Establish training initiatives to empower the sales team with the necessary skills for improved performance.
- Performance Metrics & Analytics: Identify and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of sales enablement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in executing Sales Operations & Enablement strategies.
- Experience in the integration of technology solutions, including generative AI, into sales processes.
- Outstanding leadership qualities and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
