Ideal Candidate

We are in search of a proactive, inventive, and results-oriented professional for the Supply Chain Manager position. The ideal candidate will possess strong independent working skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

You should be adept at process reengineering, continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency within the Supply Chain Team.

A passion for generating and interpreting reports is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are Change Agents, capable of innovative thinking and developing creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Management of teams and services Driving operational efficiency Leading initiatives in Procurement Overseeing inventory control Managing demand Cost control Conducting sourcing activities Facilitating effective interdepartmental collaboration

Required Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchasing (preferably within the electronics or FMCG sectors) Minimum of 5 years in managing small teams Experience with sourcing from the Far East is a plus At least 3 years of experience working with international teams Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodologies (beginner level) Understanding of remote team management
