Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality dishes.
  • Undertake all kitchen assistant duties to the highest possible standard, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and best practices.
  • Ensure all rules and regulations for food health, allergens, and hygiene are adhered to at all times.
  • Store food items correctly and in rotation to minimize wastage, utilizing company labeling and dating processes.
  • Complete opening/closing checklists on a daily basis.
  • Utilize all resources within the kitchen effectively.
