About the Role

EPAM is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant with deep expertise in Databricks to join our team. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex data challenges and crafting innovative analytics solutions, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and data requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge data solutions utilizing the power of Databricks.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and secure project funding.
  • Translate intricate business needs into practical machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
  • Provide hands-on implementation and ongoing support for Databricks deployments.
  • Architect comprehensive end-to-end data solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Lead delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and exceed client expectations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify new opportunities within the client portfolio and contribute to EPAM's growth by influencing and selling our services.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, particularly in building enterprise data and ML/AI platforms.
  • Proven expertise with Databricks, including hands-on implementation experience across various projects.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience leading delivery teams and driving successful project outcomes consistently.
  • A proven track record of nurturing and expanding client relationships.
