Job Purpose:The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our directors, managers, and engineers.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Developing and implementing effective health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for mitigating risks.
- Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing health and safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Developing and maintaining safe systems of work and associated records.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular health and safety audits and inspections.
- Providing support and guidance to employees on health and safety matters.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the FM, property, or construction sector.
