Construction Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Construction Paralegal to join our Construction team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions.

The successful candidate will be based in Leicester but will work with our nationwide network of offices, advising clients on all matters relating to construction and engineering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge within a supportive team, working with long-standing clients and assisting in the management of construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting and monitoring project procurement documents;
• Preparing trackers and arranging for signature and return of key construction documents;
• Reviewing construction documents and preparing internal reports for the team;
• Undertaking preliminary reviews and preparing internal reports on dispute resolution matters;
• Assisting with mediations and adjudications;
• Supporting the team with High Court litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of construction law and engineering principles;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
