Job Title: Lift Service Engineer

Orona is a leading provider of lift solutions, operating in 100 countries with 300,000 lifts worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team in Newquay and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of lifts.
  • Attend lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by meeting agreed response times and providing regular updates to the Service Manager.
  • Solve complex issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Work independently to resolve problems and contribute to the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
