About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing regional law firm based in Guildford, Surrey.

The Private Client department is currently thriving, dealing with a varied caseload, often acting for high net worth individuals, company owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals based in the UK and abroad.

Expect a varied caseload including:

  • Complex wills and assets
  • Tax planning
  • Estates
  • Trusts
  • LPOA
  • Probate
  • More

You will be joining a large team of 4+ lawyers varying in experience and PQE. The department works in a very open-door way, meaning juniors can really develop from learning from the seniors, and seniors equally have the support of the juniors within the team.

This role comes with good training and career development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
  • Experience working at either a smaller local firm or a larger regional practice
  • A good eye for detail and a determination to progress through the ranks
