We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Keyholder (M/F) to join our team in London. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the success of our boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a unique customer experience by demonstrating expertise, passion, and proactivity.
  • Orient customers to our apartment and web solutions, providing a seamless omnichannel experience.
  • Utilize Sézane and October communication channels to develop and promote our products.
  • Transmit knowledge and sales techniques to customers and employees, promoting a culture of pedagogy and excellence.
  • Propose recommendations and constructive proposals to floor managers, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of customer needs.
  • Provide quality concierge service, respecting relevant procedures and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Have a 360-degree field vision to ensure optimal customer experiences.
  • Be available to all employees through your field presence, leading and empowering teams on a daily basis.
  • Communicate essential information to the team, fostering cooperation and group cohesion.
  • Manage your team by motivating and creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
  • Generate enthusiasm and passion through team animations, morning briefings, and information sharing.
  • Train new employees, embodying your role as a local manager and sharing employee questions with the Floor Manager.
Brand Image and Operations
  • Be responsible for the incarnation of the brand by the teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Ensure the good maintenance of the apartment, participating in the establishment of collections and follow-up.
  • Participate in the development of fashion trends, ensuring competitive intelligence.
  • Plan and organize store activity, mastering Sézane policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Apply and enforce operational processes, including cash management, returns, exchanges, and reservations.
  • Train employees in the use of cash registers, related procedures, and good practices to offer the best customer experience.
  • Ensure the safety of people and property, fighting shrinkage.
