Join Quickline Communications as a Systems 1st Line Engineer

As a Systems 1st Line Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support through our IT Service Management system.
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems.
  • Triage incoming queries.
Requirements:
  • Office 365 configuration and administration experience.
  • Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • Linux experience is a plus.
