Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our food service operations at Eurest. This role involves supporting the Head Chef in food preparation and service, ensuring that our offerings are of the highest quality.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation:
£12 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality meals that satisfy our clients and customers.
• Assist in menu development and implement changes as needed.
• Identify and act on opportunities to enhance our food services.
• Respond to customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
• Support the creation of innovative menus and culinary concepts.
• Maintain a positive brand image while representing Eurest.
• Manage inventory to ensure kitchen supplies are adequately stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
• Possesses relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent).
• Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment.
• Prior experience in a similar culinary position.
• Holds a valid Food Hygiene certificate.
• Exhibits flexibility in work approach.
