{"Job Overview": "We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Scientist to lead our DXA section at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sustainability and development of our DXA reporting sub-section, working closely with senior staff to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the DXA section, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and scanning
* Develop and implement service improvements, working closely with the Head of Department and other senior staff
* Provide training and mentoring to junior staff and students
* Manage workload and ensure adequate cross-cover levels

Requirements:

* BSc Degree in Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic Radiography or Nursing
* MSc in relevant specialist area or equivalent experience
* Professional Registration (RCT/HCPC/NMC)
* Completed ROS national training scheme for DXA
* Reporting Qualification

Desirable Criteria:

* Management Qualification
* Experience of working as RPS
* Produced research
