Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in a residential house building environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices
