Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Think Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering electrical works on our clients' social housing contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and organize electrical operatives daily to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Schedule all works ready for invoicing, taking into account contract-specific requirements.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure all health and safety requirements are met, and operatives adhere to risk assessments and method statements.
  • Conduct quality engineer checks to guarantee high-quality work.
Requirements:
  • Experience in all aspects of the electrical trade, with a qualification in NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor Level.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering domestic and commercial electrical work, including emergency lighting.
  • JIB Managers/Gold Card and relevant certifications, such as 18th Edition and City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical & 2391 Inspection and Testing.
Personal Qualities and Attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Motivated and results-driven, with the ability to act quickly and decisively.
  • Strong IT skills and a full driving license.
