Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO and Senior Management team. This is a 10-month fixed-term contract opportunity that requires a professional with excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's and Senior Management's diaries, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit complex documents, reports, and presentations, including PowerPoint presentations and board-level minutes.
  • Coordinate senior-level meetings, communications, and events, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide administrative support, including expense management, research, and project coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
