Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Wilmslow Manor Care Centre. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents and visitors receive an efficient food service, maintaining a clean working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality hospitality services to residents and visitors, including serving food and beverages.
  • Support and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable in our care home.
  • Inform the Chef of any individual requirements of residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure all training given is adhered to, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
  • Record and report any incidents or concerns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Take responsibility for promoting safeguarding the welfare of adults, ensuring their rights and dignity are respected.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting or hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Prepared to participate in activities organized in the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
