Job Title: Baby Room Lead (under 2's) Level 3

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Footprints Hatton Hill Nursery in Litherland, Merseyside. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for our children and building strong relationships with our families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small group of nursery practitioners and assistants to ensure the EYFS Safeguarding and Welfare standards are met.
  • Provide effective learning opportunities in line with the EYFS.
  • Manage time, staff, and tasks well to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
  • Undertake key worker responsibilities for an allocated number of children.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a busy early years childcare setting.
  • Ability to manage time, staff, and tasks well.
  • Enhanced DBS and other checks will be undertaken.
