About Teaching Personnel

Position Overview: GCSE English Instructor
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated GCSE English Instructor for the forthcoming academic period. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting customized tutoring sessions for students, both individually and in small groups. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to students from different educational institutions and local authorities, both in-person and through online platforms.
- Creating engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Offering additional assistance to students with SEN or EHCPs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
- Tracking student progress, delivering constructive feedback, and modifying teaching strategies as necessary.
- Collaborating with educators, SEN coordinators, and families to ensure a unified approach to student education.
- Motivating students to reach their highest potential and cultivate a passion for English.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the GCSE English curriculum.
- Experience working with students with SEN and/or EHCPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a sincere dedication to student success.
- Capability to adjust teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
