Morgan Parkes Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support our team in Birmingham Business Park. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for processing fees and commission payments, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation and Payment Processing: Reconcile fee and commission statements, process payments, and record transactions accurately.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Organize review meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Make outbound calls, respond to emails, and maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Invoice Processing: Accurately process, create, and record invoices as requested.
- General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Administration Experience: Proven experience in an administration role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Teamwork and Flexibility: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.

- Education: GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent.
