About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join our Property & Structured Finance Department in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales through new business and referral channels on secured property & structured finance enquiries between £350k to £5m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients and analyse financial data to identify the best and most suited products available in the market across all product verticals.
  • Proactively nurture existing Client relationships to seek referrals to build and secure new sales activity with new potential clients.
  • Write and prepare financial proposals and credit applications, including working with clients to gather appropriate financial and non-financial paperwork.
  • Record all sales activity in our CRM.
Requirements
  • 3 years of industry experience in commercial finance brokerage / lending.
  • Detailed knowledge of products and lenders across commercial lending market.
  • Established contact network across Commercial Finance industry.
  • Experience in Project Management and problem solving (desirable).
  • Experience in strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal control procedures.
