Job Description:

**Senior HR Advisor/Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor/Manager to join our team at SF Recruitment (Leicester). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Employee Absence Management: Monitor and manage employee absences, including sick leave and return-to-work processes.
  • Payroll Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • HR Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze HR data reports to support management decisions.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and developing employee performance.
  • HR Policy Development: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current employment laws.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Support compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Employee Grievances: Manage employee grievances and conflicts to ensure fair outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications, CIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred).
