Key Responsibilities of the NPD Project Manager:

  • Oversee the coordination of New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings to ensure alignment
  • Collaborate across various departments including innovation, technical, supply chain, artwork, sales, and marketing
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Promote best practices in project management methodologies
  • Lead monthly gate meetings with the leadership team
  • Manage the trial planning process
  • Implement and uphold internal processes for project management

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in project management within the FMCG sector
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools
  • Energetic and positively driven individual
  • Self-motivated and hands-on approach
  • Strategic thinker with adaptability to change
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
