Quality Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Brighton.
We are looking for a Practice Manager to provide full-time support to our 5-surgery mixed private and NHS practice, which is located in the heart of Brighton. The practice is well-established with processes and procedures already in place, and we have a supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one year's experience in the dental industry
- Proven practice management skills
- Good financial skills and the ability to manage costs
- Excellent people management skills and familiarity with HR regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with CQC requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in dealing with both staff and patients
- Good computer skills and ability to work with SOE, Word, and Excel
The successful candidate will be:

- Organized with good time management
