Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, food safety, and quality compliance while delivering on objectives such as reducing complaints and foreign bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality compliance throughout the factory
- Deliver on objectives such as reducing complaints and foreign bodies
- Ensure GMP standards throughout the factory
- Support the programme for 'zero quality defects'
- Lead on quality initiatives to reduce losses
- Promote quality awareness
- Manage quality incidents with root cause analysis
- Investigate customer complaints
- Update the quality systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
