Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing management information, utilizing business intelligence software, and supporting all Business System users throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.
  2. Administer and develop existing SQL databases, including triggers, procedures, and data views.
  3. Write VBA code for HR holiday forms and After Market inspHire Excel files.
  4. Test and upgrade software, communicating new functionality where relevant.
  5. Provide ad hoc management information requirements.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence software.
  • Conversant with SQL and database administration.
  • Understanding of VBA programming.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, data connections, charts, and pivots.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all colleagues, regardless of IT literacy.
