Horticulture Apprentice

Godolphin Management Co Ltd is looking for a dedicated and motivated Horticulture Apprentice to become part of our specialized team. The selected individual will receive guidance throughout their Level 2 Horticulture/Landscape Operative Apprenticeship, which is designed to span approximately 24 months.

Under the supervision of the Head Gardener, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining lawns utilizing various mowers and compact tractors.
• Pruning, reshaping, and caring for hedges, shrubs, and perennials.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong self-motivation and a genuine enthusiasm for gardening. Successfully completing the apprenticeship can pave the way for a rewarding career, either within Godolphin or in the broader horticultural industry. Previous apprentices have advanced to permanent roles, including supervisory positions shortly after finishing their training.

A minimum of grade 2 (E) in Math and English GCSE is preferred, along with a clean driving license.
