Our client, a prominent employer in the region, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to enhance their team. This team plays a crucial role in IT support within the organization, delivering assistance and guidance both in-person and remotely through various channels including telephone and a ticket management system.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience with authentication applications, particularly Microsoft Authenticator for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications (including OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) focusing on user access and credential issues.
- Ability to support a range of operating systems including Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting users with Office 365 related issues across various devices.
- Providing support via phone and in-person, verifying user identity, assisting with password resets, and troubleshooting WiFi issues on personal devices.
- Offering general assistance with workstation setups, diagnosing faults, installing software, and resolving printing issues.
