We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Controller to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Sales Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our clients in the automotive industry.
Sales Controller Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Sales Executives and Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products to customers.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company guidelines.
- Matching customers' needs to relevant finance sources.
Sales Controller Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be FCA accredited or be prepared to become accredited and must have passed or be prepared to pass a Specialist Automotive Finance expert test (SAF Test).
- Ideal candidates will have experience as a Sales Controller or Business Manager in the automotive industry.
- Must have experience with stacking finance deals.
- Will consider experienced Sales Executives looking to progress to a Sales Controller role.
