Insurance Renewal Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Renewal Advisor. As a key member of our Taxi Insurance team, you will be responsible for providing renewal insurance quotations for Public and Private Hire insurance clients.
Your primary focus will be on dealing with clients over the phone and via email to ensure retention targets are maximised. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year's experience in the insurance industry, gained at either a broker or insurer, with a focus on wheels-based insurance products such as Private Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Taxi, or Motor Trade.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £22-25k, plus bonuses (around £325 per month) and 20 days' holiday to start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
