Electrical Power Infrastructure Installation Specialist

Job Summary:

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Power Infrastructure Installation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high voltage cable jointing and termination, as well as experience working on commercial and industrial installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out high voltage cable jointing and terminations on 11 kV and 33 kV systems
  • Perform earthing and cable installations
  • Assist electricians and other trades on larger installations
  • Take on the role of Installation lead on projects, reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager
  • Assist with site breakdowns and investigative procedures
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on construction sites
  • Hold a JIB approved ECS card
  • Experience working on commercial and industrial installations
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Right to work within the UK without limitation
