Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate and negotiate with sub-contractors and supply chain partners
- Advise project teams on contractual issues and ensure commercial compliance
- Manage budgets, equipment, and contracts to ensure they are within budget
- Provide accurate monthly project cost and performance reporting
- Assist with monthly work in progress reports and prepare financial statements
- Experience in NI Social Housing Contracts
- Experience as Senior QS preferred
- Experience working with M3NHF Schedule of rates
- Full UK Driving License
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience preferred
- Project Management experience from start to finish
