Handover Transition Specialist

Due to rapid growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Handover Engineer to join Scantec, a leading contract organisation delivering consultancy services, engineering solutions, and site operations support to top Defence contractors.

This is a contract role, hybrid, with the possibility of being Inside or Outside of Scope of IR35. SC or DV Clearance is essential.

• Ensure the successful transition of a project from completion to full operational capability.
• Prepare and collate necessary documentation, liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers, and ensure all project objectives and requirements are met.
• Contribute to the handover strategy, prepare handover plans, verify, and validate requirements, manage LTQR documentation.
• Ensure effective communication across disciplines.
• Maintain technical competency through continuous professional development and ensure compliance with the project lifecycle process and site license conditions.

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
• Professional qualification in Quality Control or Audit.
• Project management skills with a focus on project delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Knowledge of quality control and audit processes.
• SC or DV Clearance is Essential.

This position offers hybrid working and a working 9-day fortnight.
