Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic position within our Internal Controls team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with internal control standards.

Your primary focus will be to assist in the annual compliance process, collaborating with the Internal Control team to manage the compliance program, which includes planning, testing, remediation, and reporting.

Additionally, you will engage in special reviews and change initiatives, sharing responsibilities related to system and control management, as well as regular reporting.

Your strong communication skills will be essential as you assist in evaluating key change initiatives that may affect financial reporting.

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, along with access to both internal and external training opportunities to support your career advancement in this field.

With a keen interest in developing your career within the commercial insurance sector, particularly in the Lloyd’s market, and a desire to enhance your knowledge of Change Management, compliance, and Internal Control standards, this position will provide a solid foundation for future opportunities within Brit and the broader insurance industry.
