We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our team at Euro Car Parts Ltd.

As a Senior Buyer, you will play a critical role in maximizing value, optimizing benefits, and enhancing efficiency in indirect procurement across the Region and the Group.

Key Responsibilities

\u2022 Manage all tender renewal processes for indirect procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, driving maximum efficiency and cost savings
\u2022 Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure governance and process compliance
\u2022 Support the Head of IDP in deploying strategies for the UK&I business
\u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for Indirect Procurement, providing expert guidance and support to internal and external customers
\u2022 Ensure effective implementation and compliance with new procurement processes, including systems such as Coupa and Babbage
\u2022 Analyze supplier performance, meeting with suppliers regularly to optimize pricing and service
\u2022 Establish and maintain clear communication channels with key stakeholders through regular business review meetings and clear communication matrices

Requirements

\u2022 Significant experience working in procurement, with a focus on Indirect Procurement
\u2022 Degree or CIPPS is desirable
\u2022 Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and driving cost savings
\u2022 Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels in the business
\u2022 Experience working in a matrix organization
