Oversee and coordinate the Golf Operations Team, ensuring they are inspired and well-prepared to deliver top-notch service.

Comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, while addressing customer feedback with professionalism and care.
Guarantee that every guest, from families to avid golfers, has an enjoyable experience at our facility.

Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing golf operations, working within a sports facility, or a comparable role in hospitality operations management.


Your Key Attributes:

Join us in shaping the ultimate golf experience for all.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, distributed over 5 days.
Shifts are organized on a rota basis, typically arranged 4 weeks in advance.

Availability on weekends is essential, with a requirement to work at least one day each weekend, occasionally both days, though not necessarily both days every weekend.

For each weekend day worked, you will receive a compensatory day off during the week.
Some holiday work may also be necessary.

Compensation: Salary ranges from 27-30k per annum (based on experience)
Enjoy 6 weeks of vacation annually (including public holidays)
Complimentary staff lunch if eligible for a break.
