Business Development Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
- Support senior account managers with sales efforts and business development initiatives
- Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements:
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
