About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Account Executive to join our team at IPG Health Medical Communications. As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of medical communications projects, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of medical communications projects, including scheduling calls and meetings, tracking project status, and managing timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Assist with financial management, including updating financial systems, maintaining financial trackers, and developing and tracking budgets.
  • Raise client invoices and manage client relationships.
