- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- VAT Returns and Compliance: Manage VAT returns, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Solicitors Account Rules Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Solicitors Account Rules, including accurate record-keeping and timely submissions.
- General Account Queries: Respond to and resolve any general account queries from clients and staff.
- Month and Year-End Duties: Assist with month and year-end duties, including preparing and submitting financial reports.
- Sage Payroll Duties: Manage Sage payroll duties, including processing payroll, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
