Role Overview: Project Manager
The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to successful completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed within the defined parameters of time, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects.
- Develop and implement project plans and work breakdown structures as necessary.
- Manage daily project activities and tasks.
- Facilitate project meetings with clients, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status to internal teams and clients.
- Negotiate solutions to project risks and issues with both internal and external parties.
- Manage project scope and oversee change control processes.
- Create and maintain essential project documentation.
- Ensure consistent and reliable resource allocation.
- Be prepared to engage directly with tasks to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Conduct a comprehensive handover to the client upon project completion.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- In-depth understanding of project management principles.
- Extensive experience with the complete project lifecycle and various project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as FIA, NSI, LPCB, C&G, etc.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with others, both within project teams and across the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage time and encourage others to do the same.
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and leading teams.
- Prior experience with systems such as CCTV and Access Control is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from 40-50k plus a commission scheme.
- 28 days of annual leave, inclusive of public holidays.
- An additional day of leave for each year of service.
- Birthday leave granted as an extra day off following the probation period, if it falls on a weekday.
- Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone provided.
