**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure the cleaning of all areas within the contract is completed to a high standard.
  • Manage the team's daily activities, including checking cleaning standards and making sure they are maintained.
  • Attend daily briefings with the site supervisor to discuss site-specific issues and receive updates on the team's performance.
  • Report to the site supervisor on the team's performance and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically, and that high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Restock consumables as and when required, and ensure rubbish bins are maintained and emptied.
  • Main duties will include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, wiping and scrubbing surfaces, and touch point cleaning.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment is essential, as is the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge is also essential.

**Requirements**

  • A 'can-do' attitude and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills are also required, as is good time-keeping.
  • The desire to do a good job and take pride in your work is essential for success in this role.
