Salary: £43,000 - £47,500pa + OTE + Company Van

Location: London

Workflow Recruitment is seeking a skilled HIU Engineer to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and repair of Heat Interface Units across various properties. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient heating systems for residents.

Key Responsibilities of the HIU Engineer:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments of work environments prior to commencing tasks to prevent any potential hazards or injuries, adhering strictly to Health & Safety regulations and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998.
  • Identify and procure necessary materials and components for HIU repairs, ensuring compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials utilized through the company’s PDA / IT system.
  • Coordinate with stores and administrative teams for any additional work requirements, while effectively communicating timelines to residents regarding ongoing projects.
  • Oversee and manage the inventory of allocated van stock, ensuring adequate levels are maintained to facilitate efficient operations.
