As an essential part of our team, you will take on various responsibilities, including:
- Offering comprehensive administrative assistance as directed by your supervisor
- Establishing and managing both digital and physical site documentation
- Updating internal monitoring systems
- Providing necessary documentation upon request
- Entering site information into both internal and client databases as needed
- Retrieving and distributing database sheets of client drawings, surveys, and data to relevant team members
- Locating appropriate quotes and generating Purchase Orders (POs) for authorization
- Requesting the allocation of internal resources
- Ensuring adherence to the procedures and standards outlined in the Company Procedures and Quality Manual
- Communicating effectively and respectfully with colleagues and team members
- Performing any additional tasks as assigned
What You Can Expect from Your Apprenticeship
As an Apprentice at United Living, you will be engaged in a real job from the outset, gaining practical industry experience and the knowledge necessary to obtain a nationally recognized qualification. You will be challenged and inspired professionally, while receiving full support from a network of experienced colleagues as you lay the groundwork for a career in the construction sector.
To assist in your transition into the role, we will pair you with a buddy from our apprentice cohort, who can provide valuable insights from their own experiences. Additionally, you will have a dedicated mentor to guide you throughout your apprenticeship, ensuring your professional success.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we seek candidates who possess:
- 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/4-9, including English and Mathematics
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A commitment to embodying our company values throughout your work and studies
- The motivation and dedication to successfully complete your apprenticeship
