- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, focusing on both SMEs and large enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to develop customized freight solutions that address client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management.
- Minimum of 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Understanding of air and sea freight operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum + Commission
