We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Willow Resourcing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and embedding our Compliance framework while providing day-to-day compliance advice and guidance to our network.
Key Responsibilities:- Annual certification of advisers, fitness and propriety checks, and annual KPI reviews and skill assessments.
- Providing compliance advice and guidance to the network.
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
We are looking for a senior compliance specialist with wealth management and mortgage experience, ideally qualified to CII Level 4 and holding the CeMAP qualification. You must be able to commute into the office a couple of times each week.
Location: Hybrid Working
