People Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic People Lead to join our team at Soul Foods Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our people culture, developing our processes, and strengthening our knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Drive our People Culture: Develop and implement people management practices, support the ongoing development of our people, and facilitate inclusive workplaces.
- Develop our Processes: Develop and review people-related policies and procedures, manage employee onboarding, and design organizational structures and talent management processes.
- Strengthen our Knowledge: Lead on employee relations matters, provide advice on performance management, and participate in related hearings and investigations.
- Minimum of five years Human Resources experience, including three years in a role as HR Manager/HR Business Partner.
- CIPD level 5 or BA Hons degree in relevant course of study.
- Experience working with external stakeholders and equity brands partners.
- Proven Employee Relations experience, including advising on disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to present and influence at all levels.
- Prior experience of leading and empowering a small team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints.
