About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Optical Consultant to join our team at Boots Opticians. As an Optical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending products to aid our customers' health and lifestyle.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. This will involve ordering and dispensing glasses and contact lenses, as well as providing after-sales support through repairs and adjustments.

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about customer service and has a passion for eye care. If you have experience working in retail or an optical environment, we would love to hear from you.
