- Update the IT Helpdesk ticketing system with accurate records of actions taken, histories, and updated information.
- Contribute to the knowledge database by maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support, or similar.
- Excellent language and communication skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, and Cisco are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Office 365, network troubleshooting, and MS Intune.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows OS and some experience with Android/iOS.
