  • Excellent language and communication skills.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, and Cisco are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, network troubleshooting, and MS Intune.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows OS and some experience with Android/iOS.
