Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Audio typing and drafting letters, emails, and other correspondence.
  • File management, including file opening, issuing client care letters, and completing ID checks.
  • Scanning and photocopying.
  • Diary management and handling incoming calls and queries.
